Tesla has unveiled its futuristic Cybertruck at an exclusive event in the US.
The truck is designed to have the utility of a truck and the performance of a sports car and is built to be durable, versatile and capable, with exceptional performance both on-road and off-road.
Cybertruck will come in three variants: a single motor rear-wheel drive, dual motor all-wheel drive, and tri motor all-wheel drive.
Featuring a range of 500+ miles on a single charge and an acceleration to 60mph in under 2.9 seconds.
The car can be charged at home, at Destination Charging locations, and with Tesla’s network of more than 14,000 Superchargers, including on its newest V3 technology, which is helpful for long hauls and towing.
The car features a body created from ultra-hard 30X Cold-Rolled stainless steel a seating capacity of up to six adults. The interior also features a 17-inch touchscreen display.
Since the launch Tesla’s founder Elon Musk has took to twitter to explain that over 200 thousand Cybertrucks have been pre-ordered so far and that the unveiling of this new striking truck will be the last of Tesla’s vehicle related announcements but he did states there will be some unexpected technology next year.
